His practice focuses on disputes lying at the intersection of international trade and intellectual property law. He has represented clients before a wide variety of government agencies, including the U.S. International Trade Commission, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, the International Trade Administration (Department of Commerce), the Office of Foreign Assets Control, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the U.S. Copyright Office. He has argued cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Court of International Trade.
